Holidays about music do not only celebrate music itself but also musicians. The level of professionalism is not of any interest: Even those who only sing at home on their own are called to include Music Days into their calendars, just like professional musicians. Of course people who only wish to enjoy the sound of music but do not want to participate actively may celebrate the Music Days as well.
