It should be a day to reflect the choices and to cope with feelings like remorse and guilt. However, it also is a day to remember, educate, and honor. Adoption is understood as the assumption of parenting of another person. In most cases the adopted person is a child. This process transfers all rights and rights and responsibilities along with filiations from the biological parents to the parents by adoption.
