On this day a labor demonstration took place, demanding the liberation of Juan Domingo Perón, an Argentine lieutenant general and politician, who is considered as the founder of Peronism. Peronism is a political and cultural movement in Argentina which is based on the power of the people and Perón's ideas about government.
