National Walk to Work Day is celebrated on April 07, 2023. It is held the first Friday of April in the USA and was declared in 2004 by U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Tommy G. Thompson. The day encourages Americans to walk to work. You should walk on this day at least 30 minutes.
